Version politica-v1

How we handle your data

In short: the data you give us is used to organise the record attempt and to write to you about it. Nothing else, and nobody else.

What we ask for and why
  • First name, surname, email and mobile — so we know who you are and can write to you. Day-to-day coordination happens on WhatsApp.
  • Jumps, formation jumps and tunnel hours — is what says whether your profile fits a formation this size.
  • Federation and FAE licence — without a current licence, a record isn't validated.
  • Weight, height and usual slot — set your fall rate and where you go in the diagram. They aren't published.
Who sees it

Only the people organising the record attempt. It isn't sold, isn't shared and isn't used for anything else. Your name only appears on a public list if you deliberately ticked that box, and only with your surname initial.

How long we keep it

For as long as the project is alive. If you unsubscribe we stop writing immediately and keep only your address with the unsubscribe flag, so we don't write to you again by mistake.

How to change or delete it

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. And when you signed up you got a link to your profile, where you can review what we hold and unsubscribe.

For anything else — correcting it, asking for a copy, or having us delete everything — email us at hola@recordnacional.com.
